• We come pack/prep for your remodel or install (take out clients’ items that are everywhere so your team can get to work)
We work with the client to see how we can optimize organization.
• After your photographer gets those perfect photos, we move the client’s personal belongings in and perfectly organize them in a way that makes their daily life easier, while highlighting your design.
• If your client is moving in after a remodel, we can coordinate your warehouse delivery to work with their household delivery as one seamless move.

• We help clients who are ‘stuck’ work through tough areas like garages and attics and get through decisions that feel like blocks.
• We help support the family of seniors who are downsizing, but taking the time to work with them through that process when their kids have busy lives families and careers.
• We project manage listing-prep by dealing with the junk, and finding and coordinating the contractors to do the needed fixes.
• We do live-in staging by depersonalizing, reducing volume for good showing optics, and adjusting furniture layout to get photos that show off space, light and the best.
