COSTS
After you approve your estimate, we track all costs live on your project’s Google Doc so you can always see exactly where we are throughout the project.
We cover the cost of our team, any additional vendors (handymen, cleaners, haulers, etc.) and all materials (decor, organizers, furniture) so we can track and manage all the details.
Our clients pay 1 bill at the end of our project.

Helping the client make decisions based on their values and where they are going.
Offloading
Dealing with any items that aren’t needed (this can include donations and second hand sales).
Staging
Editing the home to attract buyers and highlight its strongest features.
Packing
Preparing and protecting everything for your move.
Move day management
Directing movers, making sure everything stays organized and is loaded correctly.
Move out cleaning
We adhere to the standard move out cleaning checklist, or your building’s specific recs.
Compliance
With your building/property management, or real estate agreement.
Unpacking
Getting everything fully out of boxes.
Hauling
Removing all packing material, trash and recycle removal.
Organizing
Improving your current organization system and translating it from your old to new spaces
Designing
Building a new layout, adding any needed pieces or decor, hanging art, choosing paint colors
Sourcing
Finding the needed pieces and decor locally and online
Home set up
Electronics, A/V, internet, reassembling furniture, creating a storage system for any excess
